Readicheck is a personal task-management app. You can use it offline-only, in which case nothing leaves your device. If you choose to sign in, your tasks are stored on our servers so they can sync across your devices. This policy explains exactly what's stored where, and what we never do with it.
Your tasks, categories, tabs, subtasks, notes, due dates, settings, and completion history live in your device's local storage. Nothing is transmitted to us. You are anonymous to us.
The following is stored on our servers, scoped to your account:
Data is encrypted in transit using HTTPS. Your account is isolated from every other account; no other user can read or modify your tasks.
Readicheck does not request any sensitive Android permissions. It does not access your contacts, location, microphone, camera, files, or other apps. It needs network access only when you're signed in, so it can sync.
Readicheck is appropriate for general audiences. Sign-in is optional, and if you don't sign in, no information is collected at all.
The app does not include any crash-reporting or analytics SDKs. The Google Play Store may collect aggregate, anonymous installation and crash statistics on its own. That data is governed by Google's privacy policy, not ours, and Readicheck never receives or accesses it.
You can delete your data at any time:
Synced data is retained for as long as your account exists. If you stop using the app, you can delete your account from Settings at any time; we don't auto-purge inactive accounts.
If we make material changes to this policy, the change will be announced inside the app before it takes effect.
