Acceptance

By installing or using Readicheck (the "App"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not install or use the App.

License

Readicheck grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on devices that you own or control, for personal, non-commercial use, subject to the Google Play Store terms.

Your data

Tasks you create are stored locally on your device. If you sign in to enable sync, your tasks are also stored on our servers under your account. You are solely responsible for backing up data you wish to preserve. Uninstalling the App, clearing app storage, or deleting your account will permanently delete the data, and we cannot recover it. See our Privacy Policy for details on what is stored where.

Purchase

Readicheck is a one-time paid app available through the Google Play Store. All features are included; there is no subscription and no in-app upsell. Purchases are processed by Google Play and governed by their refund and billing terms. We do not store, see, or process payment information.

No warranty

The App is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific requirements. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Readicheck shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of (or inability to use) the App, including loss of data.

Changes

We may update these Terms occasionally. Material changes will be announced inside the App. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
